About Christopher

Whether it's a short-term lease or buying a brownstone for life, everyone is looking for their own special part of this amazing city. Christopher is proud to be a facilitator in that process for his clients. An avid researcher and fantastic organizer, Christopher presents his clients with the most relevant options and best opportunities based on their needs. He makes the search extremely efficient, as he does the entire transaction once his clients decide on 'the one'.

Having lived in four different rental apartments and now in his own condo, Christopher understands the daunting, yet exciting, task of finding a home in Manhattan. Originally from Maryland, he grew up on his family's horse farm, home to Preakness and Belmont winner "Afleet Alex." He moved to the big city 16 years ago. Christopher started in the East Village, then moved to Hell's Kitchen, Long Island City, and now Hamilton Heights.

Prior to entering real estate, Christopher perfected his keen eye and customer service skills at the Salon at Bergdorf Goodman as a freelance hair stylist for television and magazines. He has worked with many types of people, has a natural ability to listen, intuitively takes in exactly what a client wants, and possesses patience that is legendary.

When not busy showing properties, Christopher takes advantage of the city in his free time as much as possible. His real estate clients often ask him for restaurant, theater, and New York City neighborhood recommendations.
